The Work pages describe products that we built ourselves. They are not client projects, and they make no claim about usage, performance or results.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or any duty of confidentiality between us. If we agree to work together, we will do so under a separate written agreement. Please do not send us confidential or sensitive information through the contact form.

The text, design, diagrams and the Ameoworks name and logo belong to us or are used with permission. Other companies' product and technology names belong to their owners, and we mention them only to describe what we work with.

We may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that arise from using it or relying on it, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing here limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
