Know where everything is, and why
Logistics & Supply Chain
Logistics runs on events: orders, scans, handovers and delays. We help connect the systems involved, make them reliable, and give operations teams a clear view of what is happening.
Problems we help with
- Orders, stock and shipments tracked in separate systems
- Partner integrations that break quietly
- No single view of what is late, and why
- Legacy systems that cannot handle new volumes
- Manual document handling and data entry
What to plan for
- Messages that must not be lost or duplicated
- Partner systems with different formats and uptime
- Real-time views for operations teams
- An audit trail from order to delivery
- Seasonal peaks
This is a list of things to design for, not a statement of compliance. Your own compliance team decides what applies to you.
How we help
- Enterprise ModernisationReplace brittle point-to-point links with services and messages, one flow at a time.
- Cloud & Platform EngineeringMetrics, logs and alerts, so a late or lost message is seen in minutes.
- AI EngineeringDocument intake and exception handling, with a person approving the result.
- Digital Product EngineeringOperations dashboards and partner APIs, built contract-first.
What a first assessment looks at
- 01Which systems hold orders, stock and shipments, and how they talk to each other
- 02Where partner integrations fail, and how you find out
- 03What operations teams can see about delays today
- 04How messages are protected from loss and duplication
- 05What happens at volume peaks
Questions
Can you integrate with our partners' systems?
Yes. We design each link with clear contracts, retries and monitoring, so a failure is seen in minutes.
Can you give operations a live view?
Yes: dashboards built on the same events, with a correlation id that follows an order through every step.
Do you replace our systems?
Rarely. We usually replace one flow at a time, behind the scenes, while the rest keeps running.
What we can show today
We have not built logistics software for a client, and we say so. What we can show is the messaging design in our own product: events sent only after a commit, a correlation id that follows each request across services and queues, and a dashboard for every service.
